IWEM Application

All applicants will be notified via email if their application was accepted or rejected 3-5 days after the application cut off date. Please make sure your contact information is correct in your application. If you do not get a notification email and you have checked your Spam Folder, please email IWEMworkshop@gmail.com as there is a chance the email you listed was incorrect. If you have been accepted, you will be given a specific date you have to RSVP by (no exceptions). If you do not respond to our communications, you will forfeit your place and the next student on the wait list will be accepted instead.
This Consent form is provided for you and your guardians to read in advance of the program. If you are accepted and choose to attend, you must bring a signed copy of this waiver with you to the workshop. Please note that you will not be allowed to participate in the workshop if you do not bring a signed waiver with you.
